Share your experience if you, a friend or a family member believes or once believed in a popular conspiracy theory.
Conspiracy theories have become an increasingly common problem in the United States. From the QAnon movement to misinformation about Covid-19 vaccines, many Americans have accepted ideas that are not backed by science or fact.
We’re interested in speaking to people who at one point believed in conspiracy theories and other kinds of disinformation but have since reconsidered their views, as well as with people who currently hold those views. If you, a friend or a family member believes or once believed in a conspiracy theory, were part of the QAnon movement or joined an online community that shared misinformation, we’d like to hear from you.
Your experiences will help us understand conspiracy theories in the United States and how they spread and find new members. If you share your contact information, we may get in touch with you to learn more about your experience.
We will not publish your name with your submission without getting your consent.

I know someone who thinks Trump colluded with Russia.
Are you ready for a crazy conspiracy theory that became conspiracy fact?
Fasten your seat belt:
It makes you wonder if that has been happening here—but of course that would make you one of those crazy conspiracy theorists.
Psssst, NYT, they’re not conspiracy theories anymore.
They’re spoilers.
I am not a conspiracy theorist.
I am a conspiracy realist.
the 1619 Project...
I know someone who thinks Trump colluded with Russia.
Me too - that's a common tinfoil hat one... even with proof these leftards have a hard time giving that one up.
There are no conspiracy theories it just takes a while for them to be found to be truth!! IF we had a media the truth would be found sooner it is now up to independent journalists to get the truth, it takes them a whole lot longer because they don’t have the resources the MSM has!!
I did, I also mentioned them getting a Pulitzer Prze for spreading BS
The reason there are so many conspiracy theories is because few people trust the press anymore.
And people don’t trust the press anymore because the press has proven themselves untrustworthy.
It’s a sad state of affairs for us - and a worse state for them - because that’s really all a newspaper has to sell. The trust and respect from their readers. Pulitzers are dross for the gullible, shallow and arrogant. Newspapers aren’t dying because of the internet, they’re dying because their product’s tainted.
I have no doubt that rich and influential Americans have bought false vaccination credentials. That’s plausible.
But some believe a theory that vaccinated people will die in a few months or years. That doesn’t meet the common sense test of “Who do Bill Gates and Klaus Schwab want to live with? The people who resist vaccination or the people who are willing to be vaccinated?”
My “conspiracy theory” is that the vaccines were obedience training.
The elites wanted to see how effective massive propaganda could be with a “vaccine” of unknown or dubious safety and effectiveness—and how much the populations would tolerate a wide variety of vaccine mandates.
However, the fact that the Spanish elite went through the effort to “fake it” suggests that they believed the jabs were dangerous—interesting in its own right.
Almost all the conspiracy theories have turned out to be true. Even space aliens.

Start with Scary Poppins.
Maybe after they return that pulitzer for the massive one they ran with... Miserable commie bags of excrement...
“I believed there wasn’t a mass starvation by communists in the Ukraine because a horrible piece of shit by the name of Walter Duranty carried water for Communists tyrants and actually won a reporting prize for it while working for a giant New York manufacturer of bird cage liners...”
Was the one I proffered...
