The perpetrator deserves blame but also the government officials who deprive citizens of their inalienable right to keep and bear arms in New York City.

I seem to remember that a really good number of New Yorkers do not vote.
During a particularly abusive attack on Trump and his supporters by the media a few years ago; While pumping gas, an obviously liberal woman asked me to inflate her tires. I asked who she voted for. After hemming and hawing, she told me she didn't like Trump. I did not assist her.
