Lol better try it first!

I just make up a graham cracker crust (sometimes chocolate crust). In the Kitchen Aid, toss in the 2 pkgs. (softened) cream cheese and 1 cup sugar and blend it up. Add the 3 eggs and pour in the vanilla (can you ever have too much?).

Pour it into your crust and bake for 1 hour at 300. You may want to put a pan of water in alongside if you want to make sure the cheesecake doesn’t “crack” on top. I don’t bother because I cover it with yummy topping.

It’s very easy, and may not be the best cheesecake recipe in the world, but it sure is easy.

I AM going to try this!!

I have a box of fresh graham crackers....a rarity, here, as they’re usually very old/stale...lol, and, several packages of cream cheese.

I even have some fresh blueberries and raspberries and heavy cream!

I think homemade whipped cream and fresh berries will work, for the topping.

And, NO!! you can’t ever have too much vanilla. :-)

I’m with you....I wish we ALL lived closer, to one another. Thanks for the 1-2-3-4. I love easy!

I made a lemon cake-in-a-mug, the other night....and, it turned out so yummy. Perfect for summer. Cheesecake is perfect, year round, in my book.
