Did you make some kind of big diet change, like cutting out sugar and carbs?
Yes, actually. In dealing with chronic inflammation, I did cut out all grains and simple sugars. It worked on the inflammation...I lost a little weight. I intend to try adding the oatmeal and fruit back in. After all, it's berry season d;^)

You may have a chromium deficiency. I’ve had a similar episode after cutting sugar and carbs once. I was having terrible dizzy spells where it felt like a rug was pulled out from me. I got on some chromium and it went away. It’s a shock to the system when get off the junk - even when it’s food.
