"Women should just exercise all the time, apparently."
*Snicker.*
When I was already in great shape, the 0400 2-mile run and calisthenics seemed to work very well (National Guard). When in worse shape, afternoon or early evening seemed to be a better way to start again.
On being a GlyNAC guinea pig,... Breathing much better, more energetic and more aware already after only a few days (1000 mg glycine, 600 mg NAC, *not* with a full stomach). To muddle the experiment, though, Niacin separately after a meal--the kind that makes me feel the burn. So far, so good. Must drive over 200 miles per day, so that somewhat further complicates the matter (circulation through the gut, possibly some kind of gut problem).

Let me throw something at you on the GlyNAC.
Nestle wants you to take two servings of 600 mg glycine/600 mg NAC a day, giving you 1,200 mg glycine & 1,200 mg of NAC, a day.
I hadn't read their directions—just their serving information. Nestle does say they found the therapeutic response with two servings a day to be good, though.
The drink version has 1,200 of each in just one packet.
