They’ve played together before.

Just for Jeff Beck alone, people would pay for that.
That’s probably the worst I’ve heard Jeff Beck play. It’s like he wasn’t able to get his sound or maybe his age is finally catching up with him. Of course even on a bad night Jeff gets some licks in there.

Monsters Of Rock tour at Comiskey Park in Chicago. Aerosmith and Foghat were on the bill. Beck blew them all away.

I was called to comment on my thoughts at over the weekend. Essentially the same.
No impressed with Depp. However Beck has got one of the most badass female drummers on the planet, Anika Nilles, playing for him. She’s is one of the best players on the planet.
