The only help anymore seems to be a paid subscription they send you to and that’s got a big scam smell all over it.

After you put in your email address there is a technical support number you can call on the next page.

I looked at the various Yahoo “paid subscription” signups. Some have a free 14-30 day trial. Then the cost is usually around $5/month. The service you may need might not have a trial period.

Still, if there’s no long-term hold on you...sign up, get help, get your acct fixed...and drop the service.
