So why now?

Does Canada’s Deep State really intend to ram it down the nation’s throat this time?

Or is this a distraction from one or more of the other bills just introduced, like the Bank of Canada bill, for example..?

Yesterday was also the release of the judicial inquiry into sexual harassment and abuse in the Canadian military. One important question raised was why, starting in 1998 during another Liberal government, were such cases referred to military courts or tribunals instead of the civilian legal process.

Also, the Liberal poll numbers are starting to falter in voter important Ontario (particularly in the 905 Toronto region) and I wonder if that is yet another reason for this latest charade.
