Long past-time for our congress to get rid of shielding these companies from liability when one of their products kill folks. Oh, forgot, those companies are big doners to the congress-critters.
Perhaps another long-past time to start holding our critters responsible...to the point of death penalties. And we can benefit by televising the executions with pay to view. We could alleviate our national debt just by going through the California, Massachusetts, and Illinois DemocRATs.

These COVID vaccines enjoy no more liability protection than any other vaccines. This liability protection is based upon laws passed in the 1980’s to protect vaccine makers so that they could continue to provide vaccines that have saved millions of lives.
