I would rather be revaccinated for Smallpox if Smallpox were released as a bioweapon. If I were a contact of someone who got Monkeypox, I would want to get vaccinated with the Jynneos manufactured by Bavarian Nordic well before having any symptoms to be treated by an antiviral. Back before Smallpox was eradicated, it was common practice to vaccinate people up to 4 days AFTER exposure to prevent Smallpox.
