Sorry, but the police cannot permit a parent (civilian) to enter a crime scene. Not a single protocol would support that.
Pray tell, WHICH protocols prevented LEOS from going in? Yea I know the Cowardice Protocols. Protocols be damned. These were little children. Any LEO stopping a parent trying to rescue a child deserves to be sent DIRECTLY TO HELL!!!!!
