This Texas stuff is sadly FUBAR on steroids.
What shocks people the most, I think, is that this happened at an elementary school. Truly sick, sick and evil. The shooter wasn't attacking bullies he knew from his high school for example - but attacked these very young and entirely innocent children!!!!!
