I just want to thank everyone for the help you offered, NONE of it worked though, I went in and looked at the hosts.inf file and somehow the exception I had for freerepublic was missing the # symbol in front of the ip address, opened notepad as administrator, edited it back in, and Shazam It Works again!! Still not sure how it got corrupted but I still hate windows and if I didn’t need it to run Quickbooks Pro and UPS, I would NEVER use it again. Anyway Thanks for all the help, hopefully if it happens to others they will be able to fix it
