Mrs. P read about using Vitamin D months ago to fend off the Rona. Needless to say, she has given them to me daily for about 2 years. And.... No Rona in our house! And NO Vax needed, either.
RE: Mrs. P read about using Vitamin D months ago to fend off the Rona.
How many IU’s of Vitamin D do you take daily?
I take 50,000 IU’s a week. On pill on Monday weekly.
D is part of my vitamin and supplement regimen.....that along with regular exercise and a little common sense hygiene practices.
And I haven’t even thought about getting tested for covid much less considered getting a covid shot and yet here I am as healthy as can be expected. What a concept right?
Adequate levels of Vitamin D are essential for immune system health and this has been known for quite some time.
Too much of a good thing can also be dangerous - calcification of the arteries can occur with too much Vitamin D.
Is Potatus now going to ban it and then horde every pill in existence?
Be sure and take Vit K with Vit D...helps avoid calcification of arteries
My cousin takes high Vitamin D daily, Emergen-C daily, and a small dosage of Ivermectin once a week or during outbreaks twice a week. She is unvaccinated. She works in a medium crowded office where only two are unvaxed. She has to endure the measures of temperature and masking in public areas daily. She is the only one (that I know of) who has not gotten Covid!! Many vaxed have had it twice!!!
Bkmk
I take the same 50,000 iu. Per week under Doctors direction. My last reading was 66, prior to that (4 months ago) it was 44.
I think K 2 is preferable to K with Vit. D 3.
I take @10,000iu daily of D3, with K....I am recovering from bout with a Flu....was not as bad as flu I had 10 and 20 years ago, tho....and NOI did not get tested and have had no shot.
So shameful that the MSM and the social media sites.... FaceBook, Twitter, Youtube etc. covered up and stiffled any expert medical professionals from getting that info out there.
AND it caused hundreds of thousands of deaths that didn't have to happen!! IMHO
Yes...there is info online advising the tupe of K
I don’t think that this is quite right. The sun hitting the skin in the ultra violet spectrum creates vitamin d in the body.
The sun hitting the skin in the infra red spectrum creates melatonin in the mitochondria of the body and nitric oxide in the endothelium of capillaries of the body.
The infra red spectrum is long wave so it penetrates the body down to the bone.
Melatonin is lately being touted as a master antioxident because it is another pathway by which glutathione is created.
Thanks for the ping.
IBTFR$$s (where are they?) do a drive by smear of the good Dr Malone.
This is well-addressed in the article:
Similar to Malone, Dr. Dennis Walker, a radiologist, says that people taking vitamin D supplements should get their vitamin D levels checked six to eight weeks after beginning the supplement, adding that “for every 5,000 IU of D3 consider 100 mcg of K2” as vitamin K2 “helps to ensure calcium transported by the vitamin D is absorbed by bones rather than deposited in arteries.”
His lecture "Vitamin D and COVID 19: The Evidence for Prevention and Treatment of Coronavirus (SARS CoV 2)" is excellent and full of technical detail and advice. It has been viewed 12.7 million times.
I take 5,000 Vit D every day and have blood level of 75 ng/mL of VitD, 25-Hydroxy.
Once again, Fauci is exposed as a villain suppressing an effective Covid treatment.
The NIH again cherry-picked a badly run study to dismiss the treatment.
