Looks like a Hash House Harrier’s group- “a drinking club with a running problem.” Occasionally people ran in the one I was in, but they were military. The rest of us mostly tried not to heave in the heat and humidity.

I remember most of those places as a kid. There’s a ton of things to do around St. Louis, and my Mother signed me up for just about everything. I love and bless her so much for that. If I lived anywhere near there, I would definitely join that club of theirs, and I think my wife would love it too! Only thing, it so hot and humid during the summer!!!

When I get repaired via surgery I will have to look into something similar. I was never exactly the picture of health or remotely athletic.
At my home office station, I keep a pair of dumbbells that I use fairly regularly now. I can’t walk around too much lest one of my cohorts screws up.
I’ve half looked into a personal trainer.
