Your spreadsheet shows that right here in Cobb County, GA, in 2020, Biden received 80,631 more votes than Obama got in 2008 for a 157% gain. It galls me all the more because my wife's was one of the mail-in ballots that was obviously changed to Biden, plus it was the first, and now going forward will be the only time she ever voted.

If you look at the table "Trump 2020 compared to McCain 2008", you see that Trump's Cobb County total in 2020 only got to 97% of McCain's 2008 total.
Good sign that there was hanky-panky - probably "adjudication" in the back room.
