Does anyone know what affect drug use, specifically methamphetamine, has on a fetus?
Does it screw up the brains of kids exposed to it. IDK if she used while pregnant but it’s worth considering.
The birth mother of the kid who shot up the school in Broward County, FL two or three years ago was an addict. One of my inmates had fetal alcohol syndrome from his alcoholic mother. He wasn’t violent, but he sure wasn’t normal.

Oh yes. Seen it all too often including with a stepsister who had a cocaine baby. That guy is always in and out of jail. Fritzed brain, uncontrollable, poor coping and impulse control, messed up conscience, diminished IQ, never read a book because he can’t.
