The smartest a woman can do is be extremely picky, but willing to marry in her 20’s.

If she wastes her 20’s on casual relationships because they are fun, her odds of a happy marriage drops like a rock into the Grand Canyon.

Might be the dumbest thing for her to do to be extremely picky but willing to marry in her 40s+ though.
