North Dakota is not a sanctuary state. Some bad reporting a decade ago is still floating around, but it isn’t, and wasn’t a sanctuary state.
I wouldn't waste my time posting facts here if I were you. Most of the occupants of this increasingly silly clown car of a site have their own "reality" and their own prejudices that they wish to flack. Things like facts get in the way of that.

Happily, in my search, I see the ND Governor signed a law to make the whole state a 2nd Amendment Sactuary State!
