I have no problem with eating new beans, grains, fruits, etc.
It's when they start encouraging me to leave out food so I can lure in cockroaches for my next meal that I start getting creeped out.

The way they’re going to get you to eat bugs is in processed foods. The FDA allows a certain level of foreign matter in all foods. They’ll just raise that level until it affects the taste of texture of your food.
