The last two times I had gout flare ups I had eaten BBQ brisket and had red wine.

Yep....that’ll do it.

I pretty much cut out bbq beef and pork. Usually stick with chicken and turkey. Also steak except a couple times a year.

I haven’t needed the colcrys since.....but it’s nice to know it’s there if I need it.
