Not correct. The longer video shows the passenger slap the employee, who tried to come back at the passenger a few seconds later. The employee should have just backed off, called the airport police, and have the guy arrested. Now he is the laughing stock of people who are blaming him, he will lose his job, and the passenger might try to sue the airline.
