A short pudgy white guy swinging at a tall, lean urban street brawler type? Wow, that is not smart. Why not just call security and let the feds take care of it? The low-life urban street brawler guy would not be allowed to fly again.

The employee is what would be called a lightskinned black guy. His big mistake was taking it personally that the tall one was being ‘disrespectful’. Don’t jump down in the jello with him, stay professional for as long as you can.
Is the (former) employee a white man? From the video it’s not clear—he could be Hispanic. But maybe he will be considered a “white Hispanic” for the purposes of this incident.
