What about individual ports?? Or, procedures for say a COVID outbreak? Can everyone, regardless of $hot status, disembark at various ports?

Some ports will not allow unvaccinated people to come ashore.

Some ports will allow unvaccinated people to come shore, but not be in a regular shore excursion, the unvaccinated must be in an approved ship shore excursion where they don't interact with the general public.

I am afraid that for all of 2022 , unvaccinated cruisers will be treated as second class citizens by the cruise lines. - Tom
