Russophone Latvians and Estonians don’t want unification with Russia. They know how much better off they are in a place that isn’t a corrupt satrapy. Russophone Ukrainians ( and for that matter Bosnian Serbs) have no such good fortune but are instead stuck in crooked 3d world crap holes.
