The crazy sh!t people here believe always amazes me. Vlad doesn't need asylum! He is laughing all the way to the bank. The Russians are making untold $Billions from this lopsided “war”. The last thing that Vlad wants is for oil and gas prices to go back to normal. They are going to drag this thing on as long as they possibly can.

Uncertainty means higher prices for everything that they sell. The Russians themselves are probably giving Zelinski kickbacks to keep this thing going. Do you think Vlad cares about a few thousand conscripts getting killed? He likely appreciates being able to get rid of officers that have been a thorn in his side.
