I think Soviet and Russian leadership receives top drawer medical care. There were rumors that Brezhnev received heart surgery in the United States or Germany. Putin may be seriously ill, but if he dies, it won’t be because of substandard health care.
True but they were all in bad shape by the time they get in power. Especially all the old guys in the 1980s.
