I just figured it out...
“I DID THAT” is Biden making fun of Trump because at Trump’s acceptance speech during the last election cycle 45 said that same thing as he poked himself in the chest “I did that” he was talking about oil Independence.
Joey is undoing all of Trumps accomplishments for spite and when Biden quotes “I did that” he’s poking fun at dismantling Trump policies.
So now this addled obsession of Biden’s this “Ultra MAGA Man” has new meaning to me!
Joey Biden might have dementia but he’s a vengeful old shyster politician who never had an original thought.
