Sheriff says he was tracked the entire time by helicopter and released the surveillance footage from the helicopter.
Can they prove he brandished? That’s the underlying charge.
Bad incident, and the cop screwed up, IMO. Evidence (credible, that is) can change my mind.
Even if justified, the cop did a stupid thing with the taser discharge in that instance.
Who cares..
He was not threatening anyone when the cop literally came up blindside talked him, knocking him and the bike to the ground and then tazed him ignighting a fireball….
No way in hell this cop followed procedures… not a chance in hell.
