I haven't hear anyone else use this word, but surely anyone with a traditional-type education must be tempted. I mean-for Heaven's sake- why else did I ever take a Latin class.
I watch Supreme Court protesters with disbelief. Surely, dislike of babies or fondness for abortion can't explain their emotional emeshment.
Phobia works much better as a term for what we're seeing. They are terrified by the prospect of bearing, nurturing and living with a child.

Getting enraged is similar to a hit of cocaine. Ragers, people who get high by screaming at others, get euphoria while tearing into others. Studies show while they’re doing the screaming that they actually calm down as the subject of the screaming panics. These people are control freaks. It doesn’t matter what the issue is. Verbal abuse in a marriage of screaming because Hillary lost. You’d find that even in another setting you wouldn’t get along with these people.

I think you’re on to something-congrats. Can you see Trump putting up with that excrement? That’s why he lost the suburban women. The soccer moms gave the city screamers a pass. DJT reacting in kind became the same as the louse the soccer mom married. A Billy Jeff comes along, angers Hillary and they can understand. Forgive Bill’s antics. Just be willing to take your pants off in front of him when she’s not around. Easy to arrange as they couldn’t stand each other. Their public appearances together are out of professional courtesy. Take it for the team.

Back to the point— the folks out in the streets in front of judges’ houses are probably phobic about both conditions, being a spouse and being a mother.
Dr Freud would diagnose underlying hatred of their own mothers.
I’m not sure that would be the way a Freudian would see it. Perhaps you are a better-read Freudian that I am.
I think Freud would identify a reaction formation. Suppressed and denied nurturing impulses reconfigured into a political ideology. Support and approval from neurotic peers strengthening the defense.
This is strong stuff even for Freerepublic. Maybe I’d better back off here.
