10 days after the fall of one of the most powerful fortified areas of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the Donbass in Popasna , the allied forces broke through the enemy’s defenses in several directions at once. The Ukrainian front began to crumble.

The network has already aptly dubbed what happened the “opened flower of Popasna”: and if you look at the map, this is true. If near Zaporizhia , Liman and Izyum , successes at the front stopped, then in the west of the Lugansk People’s Republic, the enemy’s lines are formed one after another.

▪️After the cleansing of Popasnaya, the Wagner PMC assault groups continued their offensive in the direction of Soledar to the west. Having connected the units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the defense units in Tripoli , the “musicians” opened the way to Vladimirovka for the allies along the front.

Russian units of the Airborne Forces managed to go around Tripoli and take Vladimirovka by the morning of May 19. By evening , Tripoli fell: the advanced groups of the “orchestra” entered there.

The highway Bakhmut (Artemovsk) - Lisichansk is blocked by the fire of the allied forces. Soledar is three kilometers away.

In order to establish full control over the main supply route for the AFU grouping in the Lisichansk-Severodonetsk-Rubizhnoye agglomeration, the allied forces will have to take fortified positions on the commanding heights north of Vladimirovka and Tripoli.

After that, the only way to supply the Armed Forces of Ukraine will be the Lisichansk-Seversk road, shot through from the eastern bank of the Seversky Donets.

▪️Another direction of the Wagner PMC offensive is south, towards Troitsky . If in 2015 this fortified area could not be taken during the battles for Debaltseve , then on May 19, 2022, the settlement fell.

▪️Units of the RF Armed Forces are advancing north of Popasnaya . Fierce fighting began in the south of Kamyshevakhi . Having rounded the fortified area of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from the west, Russian units took the small village of Viktorovka , occupied the railway station of Kamyshevakh and continued their advance to the north. Kamyshevakha was taken into a semicircle, and the RF Armed Forces were able to move north and enter Vrubovka , where a sweep is now underway.

▪️By the end of May 19, the road to Soledar was cut by the RF Armed Forces from the side of Popasnaya, the road to Lisichansk was cut by the People’s Militia of the LPR in Toshkovka . “Lugansk” attack enemy positions in Gorsky and Zolotoy from Toshkovka and Orekhovo , and the RF Armed Forces grinds the positions of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the south of Kamyshevakhi .

The Armed Forces of Ukraine can still break out of the encirclement along the country roads from Gorskoye and move across the fields in the direction of Lisichansk. Now, in the crucible of battle, the last reserves at the disposal of the Armed Forces of Ukraine are being ground: territorial defense detachments from western Ukraine, units deployed from under Izyum, and the remnants of the 24th Ombre that had previously retreated from Popasna.

In the event of a full-fledged closure of the Popasnensky Cauldron, from five to eight thousand Ukrainian servicemen will be surrounded.
