Alabama's Nick Saban blasted Texas A&M and Jackson State for allegedly 'buying' football recruits with improper name, image and likeness deals, prompting sharp rebukes from those programs' respective head coaches, Jimbo Fisher and Deion Sanders. A&M's Fisher, a former Saban assistant coach, called his former boss a 'narcissist' while JSU's Sanders, the legendary former NFL cornerback, dismissed the claims as 'lies.'

It sure is educational. Football money starts flowing early HS for promising players. Families are moved into districts with expenses paid by boosters, job provided, rents covered, etc.
College football programs have been buying players for decades. It is just mire open now, and the money is bigger.

Next time research your subject before posting. Tua’s family moved to Alabaster, Alabama, not Tuscaloosa. Alabaster is just south of Birmingham and about 60 miles due east of Tuscaloosa but when you are venting years of college football frustration what difference does it make, right?
Incidentally, as to the “sweaty armpit” Tuscaloosa comment…. I can smell “pburgh” from my arm chair.

I’m a Gonzaga fan. I think Gonzaga is the one powerhouse program that is going to suffer the most.
The new rules of NIL certainly don't favor the Zags, but we'll still be very competitive. Let's see what happens who remains in the draft this year.
