I am trying Carnivore diet. I love meat and have craved salt all my life and I think this counterintuitive step is helping. I still have carbs but very selective and minimized as much as possible. Just the exclusion of everything processed in a box with a packet of poison inside or frozen ready to eat crap has made a YUGE difference!
Don’t over do,it. You can get too much protein, and it can cause some conditions. Everything in moderation. I have done carnivor diet for 40,years (but only eat 2 meals a day), but I also have other things too, jusy not as much as I used to. When there is an issue, it will,show up,inmthe urine. Too much protein can be bad for the kidneys
I have followed the keto diet for a while but found it very restrictive especially when you try to follow required macros. The Carnivore diet seems so much easier to follow and I also like meat but I like vegetables too, so I will miss them.
