This used to be a high-trust society. You could be sure that someone preparing food in a restaurant would not urinate in your food. That is, apparently, no longer true.

I know a lady who hasn't been to a restaurant in 20 years because of an incident like this.

If someone was trying to destroy the economy, this is one attack vector.
