I am still awaiting their notification that my return has been received. I sent it in on Feb 7th. Have had no luck getting in personal contact with anyone down there in Austin.

My guess is the “staff” decided to not come to work for months or years due to CCP virus.

I had just posted a similar comment before seeing yours. I mailed my paper return on February 8th. There is no info available for it on Where's My Refund. At least I know I'm not the only one who's return is in Limbo.
