No, Biden has shown repeatly he has a mental defect that the media is pretending to not notice.

Putin may be ill but he’s also aging which in Russia is very hard on a person. Add failing to win an easy war and political instability it’s quite possible he’s not aging well. Look what it does to our presidents and they generally don’t have to face a coup.
