Haven’t heard that one. And I doubt you have, either. That’s an old slander from WWI, and was applied to German troops in Belgium. It was a total fabrication back then, and it was roundly criticized. It’s so discredited that even the pro-Russia posters on FR have not resorted to it against Ukraine.
