Are you saying that Robert O'Brien as head of NSC was in on the attempted takedown of Trump via Vindman? I had heard that Vindman was actually an employee of the Pentagon on loan to the NSC for a limited period of time. Perhaps he acted on his own accord; and once the whistleblower ball was rolling, NSC would have had to sue Congress to stop Vindman from answering a Congressional summons to testify. But I'm just speculating.
The entire NSC has been Obama’s Praetorian Guard from 2010 until today.
