I don’t think more than a small fraction is actually going to Ukraine
From Cuba to DC is 1250 miles. From Cuba to Miami, 250 miles. From Ukraine to Moscow, 280 miles.
Putin will do all in his power to keep the Dems in control of Congress and he wants to keep Low IQ Joe in office also. Putin has used the Congress and Joe to pay for his war and other financial ventures. He might pop off a few nukes to prevent the Nov. election. The same goes for the Chinese.
