I think oral arguments were in October. And they don’t really decide the cases so much on the hearing as on the briefs. Jackson-Brown (or whatever her name is) cannot rule on this matter.

She may have heard it virtually?

1) Provide some proof, I don’t want to get upset over nothing.
2) Oral arugments were heard by the SCOTUS Dec. 1 2021.
3) The draft majority opinion (by Alito) that was recently leaked was written back in February.

Federal law limits the number of Supreme Court justices at 9. While Congress can change that via legislation, the President cannot change that merely by appointment additional justices.
