Without a navy, Ukraine can’t hold the island. And without effective air defense, the Russians can’t either.

Perhaps you might consider looking at the videos posted showing a number of Ukrainian air force attacks on the island, and the satellite photographs taken afterwards that show smoke plumes and wreckage as a result of the Ukrainian strikes.

It is fine for some blogger to publish fantasy fiction, but actual imagery of the attacks is more useful information.
