I might try this.
Currently I take a brain health supplement called alpha brain.
I just checked the ingredients. One is phosphsesydleserine. So I’ll have to cut way back on this and not renew it.
Looks too like I’ll have to shift from serine to glycine

Plus I make sure I get 200g of protein a day. (I’m a large guy, not fat.)
