No it has nothing to do with that. Kids who are sent to these programs may be sent for any reason. Some have trouble in school with academics, some it's just depression. With the IFB kids it could be any reason like the kids were found listening to rock music. Also you should know that there are both religious and secular schools out there. Paris was in a secular school.
