Just avoid the half-n-half, lots of carbs.

Are you sure you got that right?

Most people find half and half to be a great creamer for their coffee and tea because it's not too high in calories or sugar.

Like its name suggests, half-and-half is simply equal parts milk and cream. Whereas heavy cream is just, you know, cream. The real difference lies in the fat content: Half-and-half is 10 to 18 percent fat, and heavy cream falls between 30 and 36 percent.

Eating fat doesn’t make you fat. It is the carbohydrates in milk, sugars, starches etc. If you are eating starches, you MUST balance them with fiber.
