A California District Attorney declined to file charges against legendary boxer Mike Tyson after he was caught on video allegedly punching a passenger on a flight out of San Francisco.
"We now deem the case closed," DA Steve Wagstaffe said Tuesday.

"Unfortunately, Mr. Tyson had an incident on a flight with an aggressive passenger who began harassing him and threw a water bottle at him while he was in his seat," a representative for Tyson told Fox Business in a statement at the time.
"After a thorough investigation, no charges will be filed against Mr. Tyson for the incident at San Francisco International Airport on April 20, 2022," Tyson's legal team told Fox News Digital in a statement. "We thank San Francisco District Attorney Stephen Wagstaffe, the San Mateo County Sheriff, and all law enforcement agencies involved in this investigation for their careful, diligent, and professional work."

No matter how drunk and stupid you are, you have to have some instinct for self-preservation that tells you it’s a bad idea to annoy someone once called The Baddest Man Alive. Zero sympathy for the drunk.
One thing about Tyson on interviews:
if it’s a WHITE Youtube channel or program, he basically says nothing happened to him in prison and downplays it like a “civil” person..
if it’s a BLACK Youtube channel/ or program, he couldnt STFU about him being ghetto and F word this, F word that..
That may have been his drunk reasoning, but his execution of his plan won’t play so well in front of a jury. His lawyer is going to want to be paid up front, not on contingency.
Tyson was obviously not trying to seriously hurt the guy, but he did want to make a point.
I think he communicated quite clearly.

God opened the gates of the firmament for water to pour on the earth. Its a pretty strong clue it’s not trillions of miles in space.

Even if guy didn’t throw a water bottle at Tyson ..there is a thing called “fighting words”
Basically you do not have a unlimited right to verbally harass and name call another person..at some point the other person might punch you in the face and likely nothing will happen to him.

Iron Mike was way too easy on that a**hole. Watch the video and try and tell me he wasn’t pulling his punches. Oh, and where was the flight crew when Tyson was being harrassed?
Tyson was sitting quietly minding his own business. The guy he punched was harassing him, stuffing his cell phone in to his face, and hit him with a water bottle. It was well deserved.
