This guy has a third world authoritarian mentality. This is what happens when people who come here do not assimilate.

The last I heard, open defecation is still the norm for about 1/4 of the Indian population. To be fair, I don’t think they have any alternative.
The Indian government recognized some years ago that open defecation is a problem. It built many public toilets, and I think the practice is on the wane, thank goodness.
As I wrote, judge someone by what they do, not where they are from.
The upside to this is that it loads the defense with material for appeal and reversal in higher court.
