Guess they can tell by gunpowder residue on her hand. The guy is up on murder charges so, if convicted, he will go to jail for life anyhow.
The murder that he hinted at...was based on getting him transferred from state prison, to the local county jail. Lot of belief in the county now that Vicki provided inside info on the murder and he didn’t commit it.
