Minot. Just curious, isn’t there a USAF base near there?
My wife’s nephew just retired from the USAF. He was stationed out there for a number of years at the missile sites. He was one of the guys who would have put in the codes to launch if it happened.
Yep, Minot AFB, 10 miles north of town. Home to the 5th Bomb Wing and 91st Missile Wing. (minuteman III)
