If it were up to me, I would go with Michael Sheen, the one on the right. The one on the left was pretty good, too.

David Tennant was indeed ‘pretty good’! The best Dr. in recent years. MAtt Smith was the last of the correct actors for the job.

I hated Eccleston at the time, but wow, I’d love to see a down to Earth, masculine male Brit for the role again.

I am a Tom Baker fan to the core. But David Tenant is the very best Doctor of this modern era. I was very pleasantly surprised at the Matt Smith handling of the Doctor. To the writers, the addition of the Amy Pond character was a brilliant stroke. Almost equal to the character of Martha with the David Tenant era.

Doctors personally from the 1980s and 1990s conventions. One was a dear friend of mine.

It must have been one of the first three. Who was it if you don't mind saying?

Tom Baker was my favorite.

It was Pertwee. Tom was the first Dr I saw when the show came to our local PBS in late 1978 - then I met Jon in 1982. Ah, those great classic cons!
