I’m sure it had nothing to do with the fact that his dad is also a judge. Nope, judges would never show favoritism like that.
Maybe his sentence was shorter than the guidelines because, in his guilty plea, he spoke out against President Trump. IMHO he should have spoken out with an apology to President Trump for making things worse for
him and his supporters ever since J6.
Or that he is a registered Democrat.
